About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and personable Digital Marketing Sales Representative to help grow our client base by identifying, contacting, and closing small to mid-sized businesses that can benefit from professional digital marketing services.
This is a part-time remote position to start, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role if results justify expansion. The ideal candidate is comfortable prospecting, starting conversations with business owners, explaining marketing services clearly, and following up consistently to move leads through the sales process.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify potential clients who may benefit from digital marketing services
- Contact business owners and decision-makers by phone, email, social media, and other outreach methods
- Introduce the company’s services, including website design, SEO, social media management, paid advertising, branding, and local marketing support
- Qualify leads and determine whether prospects are a good fit
- Schedule sales calls, consultations, or follow-up meetings
- Maintain organized notes and follow-up activity
- Assist in building and managing a pipeline of prospective clients
- Communicate professionally and consistently with prospects
- Work toward weekly and monthly outreach, appointment, and sales goals
Ideal Candidate
- Has prior sales, business development, or lead generation experience
- Is comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Has a basic understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, websites, social media, and paid ads
- Is self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills
- Is organized and consistent with follow-up
- Can handle rejection professionally and stay focused on results
- Experience selling marketing, advertising, web design, or business services is a plus
Compensation
This position starts at $20 per hour, approximately 20 hours per week, plus commission on closed deals. The role has the potential to become full-time based on performance, sales results, and business growth.
Work Environment
This is a fully remote position. The sales representative will be expected to manage their time effectively, communicate regularly, and stay accountable to outreach and sales goals.
