Monthly Retainer: $150–$300 per month

As we prepare to launch our agency, we are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as our contracted RN Clinical Consultant in accordance with Georgia Personal Home Care Provider (PHCP) regulations.
We are looking for a healthcare professional who values integrity, collaboration, and quality care and who is excited about helping build a growing agency from the ground up.
Position Summary
This position is ideal for an experienced Registered Nurse seeking a flexible consulting opportunity.
This is not a bedside nursing position and does not involve routine direct patient care.
Initially, the anticipated workload will be minimal and flexible, with opportunities for increased responsibilities and compensation as the agency grows.
Primary Responsibilities
The RN Clinical Consultant will:
- Review caregiver competency and training documentation when required.
- Assist with client assessments when appropriate.
- Review and provide recommendations regarding client service plans.
- Provide nursing consultation regarding client health-related concerns within the RN scope of practice.
- Serve as the agency's contracted RN Consultant for licensing and regulatory compliance purposes.
- Review documentation to ensure compliance with Georgia PHCP regulations.
- Sign documentation required by state licensing and regulatory agencies.
- Assist with quality assurance initiatives and clinical best practices.
- Collaborate with agency leadership regarding clinical standards and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
Applicants must possess:
- Active Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) License.
- License in good standing with the Georgia Board of Nursing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent assessment and documentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with agency leadership.
- Professional, dependable, and compassionate demeanor.
Preferred Experience
Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred:
- Home Health
- Hospice
- Assisted Living
- Long-Term Care
- Geriatrics
- Case Management
- Private Duty Nursing
- Home Care Administration
Schedule & Flexibility
This position offers exceptional flexibility and is ideal for an RN looking to supplement their income with minimal time commitment.
Responsibilities may include:
- Telephone consultation
- Email consultation
- Periodic document review
- Occasional client assessments
- Meetings with agency leadership
- Minimal administrative responsibilities
The anticipated time commitment during the agency's first year is expected to be relatively light.
Compensation
We believe professional expertise deserves professional compensation.
Compensation may include:
- Monthly Retainer: $150–$300 per month
- Hourly Consulting Rate: $50–$85 per hour for services outside the agreed monthly scope.
- Per Client Assessment Fee: Negotiable when assessments are requested.
- Hybrid Compensation Model: Monthly retainer plus additional compensation for services performed beyond the standard consulting agreement.

- Any additional screening required by Georgia regulations
