Job Summary
Our bartenders play a crucial role in creating an exceptional patron experience before guests relax and enjoy our theatrical productions.
We believe exceptional hospitality is about more than taking orders or serving drinks - it's about creating genuine connections and memorable experiences for every guest.
We are looking for experienced bartenders who bring both professionalism and personality behind the bar. The right candidate is warm, upbeat, and genuinely enjoys hospitality. You smile easily, engage naturally with guests, and take pride in delivering friendly, efficient, and polished service.
Our bartenders are often the busiest and most visible members of our front-of-house team. We are looking for people who genuinely enjoy interacting with guests, thrive in high-energy environments, and can create memorable experiences while keeping service moving efficiently.
In addition to serving our public bars, bartenders also provide elevated, personalized hospitality in our newly remodeled Crescendo Club Lounge, serving The Phoenix Theatre Company's most dedicated donors and supporters. Professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail are essential in creating an exceptional experience for these valued patrons.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume theatre environment where the majority of business occurs in condensed pre-show and intermission service windows. Unlike a traditional bar with a steady flow of guests, our bartenders must confidently serve large volumes of patrons in a short period while maintaining speed, accuracy, and genuine hospitality.
Your energy, professionalism, and presentation directly impact the guest experience, and we expect bartenders to embody that standard from the moment they step behind the bar.
Enjoy short shifts with a high volume of patrons in a vibrant theatre setting.
