Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Asphalt Paver Operator who is confident operating equipment and willing to assist with general labor tasks as needed. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in high‑quality work, collaborates well with a crew, and understands the demands of asphalt paving.
Responsibilities
- Operate asphalt pavers and screed equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with asphalt installation, repair, and general labor tasks (raking, shoveling, site preparation)
- Work collaboratively with the crew to ensure smooth, high‑quality paving operations
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain equipment properly
- Support commercial, municipal, and residential paving projects
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in asphalt paving
- Ability to operate pavers and screed equipment
- Willingness to perform physically demanding labor
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid Florida driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
