Overview
We’re looking for part-time personable, motivated individuals who enjoy working with people and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. The right fit for our team is someone who brings a positive attitude, communicates well, stays productive during busy shifts, and takes pride in being dependable.
As an Associate Budtender, you’ll help guide customers through their shopping experience, assist with daily store operations, and contribute to a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. While previous retail experience is appreciated, we value professionalism, initiative, integrity, and reliability above all else.
We are planning to onboard new hires August 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service
- Assist customers with product selection and recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Help maintain an organized sales floor and stocked inventory
- Support merchandising and daily store upkeep
- Communicate professionally in person and over the phone
- Work collaboratively with leadership and team members
- Follow all company policies, compliance standards, and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Professional, organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and stay engaged throughout shifts
- Flexible availability is a must
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
