Our therapists receive extensive hands-on training, and close supervision. Each child’s therapy plan utilizes highly structured, evidence-based treatment geared toward each child’s specific needs. We use the principles of behavior analysis to help children improve social, play, language, and adaptive skills, while helping to reduce challenging behaviors that may interfere with everyday functioning.

Requirements:
- Able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time.
- Pass a background check.
- Maintain a positive attitude while teaching children life skills that can get messy.
