HOURS:
Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

JOB SUMMARY
Perform duties required to meet production demand. Includes inspecting, cleaning, labeling and packing parts; repairing and altering items; operating machinery such as CNC cutting tables; cutting/ironing insulation parts; filling bags with insulation; housekeeping and other duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Read, interpret, and understand work order and reference drawings to determine specifications, such as materials to be used, dimensions, and tolerances.
Verify with work order and reference drawings that the first part is correct before proceeding with the entire work order.
Perform and record necessary quality checks as required.
Document any additions or deletions of materials (kit) used on the Work Order and/or any changes to quantities produced.
Collect and weigh scrap, as required, for each Work Order and following standard operating procedures.
Operate and tend presses, plasma cutter and other machinery.
Set-up, operate and tend pin dotting and/or laser marking machines.
Cut slabs, press and iron insulation parts.
Maintain a supportive and positive personal attitude and working relationship with team members.
Experience in manufacturing is preferred. We train on-the-job.
Must be able to read a tape measure and do basic math. Must have a positive attitude and work well with others.
Flexibility is required (i.e. willing to do what is needed and where it's needed).
