Our esteemed client in Findlay is in need of a Warehouse Manager to lead their department.
Salary: From $60,000- Full time

Job Responsibilities:
-Responsible for the day to day operations of the facility including operational and production efficiencies and effectiveness.
-Leading and training personnel and making appropriate decisions for highest level of efficiency and safety
-Manage and document appropriate budgets
-Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers, business partners, vendors, suppliers, employees, and any support staff. Working together to establish and meet goals.
-Optimize resource utilization by implementing effective production organization
- Leading a team of roughly 12- 25 individuals
Job Requirements:
Looking for a minimum 5 years previous management experience- preferably in a fast paced, production based warehouse setting or manufacturing environment. An individual with strong communication skills and comfortable with use of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
