What You'll Do
- Prepare and review individual, business, partnership, S corporation, trust, and nonprofit tax returns.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by providing proactive tax planning and guidance.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Mentor and support other tax professionals during tax season.
- Stay current on federal and state tax laws to ensure compliance and identify planning opportunities.
- Help maintain the high level of personalized service our clients have come to expect.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional tax preparation experience.
- Enrolled Agent (EA) credential preferred (CPA candidates are also welcome to apply).
- Strong knowledge of individual and business taxation.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A team-oriented professional who values integrity, accuracy, and exceptional client service.
