Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Therapy & Intervention: Provide high-quality individual and family therapy services across diverse clinical settings using evidence-based practices.
Assessment & Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive client assessments to develop, implement, and adapt individualized treatment plans.
Crisis Management: Perform critical risk assessments and deliver immediate crisis intervention services as needed.
Care Coordination: Partner with multidisciplinary teams, community organizations, and external agencies to ensure seamless continuity and quality of care.
Collaboration: Facilitate collaborative, client-centered team processes to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely clinical documentation in strict compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
New Mexico Clinical License-LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LPCC, LMFT
