- Maintain organized records of leasing activities, applicant details, and follow-up communications using property management software.
- Collaborate with property management teams to coordinate move-ins, address tenant inquiries, and support administrative tasks related to leasing operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or real estate administrative roles with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency is highly desirable to serve diverse communities effectively.
