Job Summary:
We are seeking a Manufacturing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support wafer fabrication by operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment while ensuring product quality and process efficiency. The ideal candidate will understand manufacturing tools and systems, follow established procedures, and comply with all safety, security, and environmental requirements.
Job Description:
- Monitor and operate computerized manufacturing equipment and software systems.
- Evaluate equipment performance and respond to production issues that may impact manufacturing operations.
- Accurately document and communicate production concerns or process interruptions.
- Perform computer-based tasks while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Follow all cleanroom, safety, security, and environmental procedures.
- Wear required cleanroom PPE for extended periods while working on the production floor.
- Support daily wafer fabrication operations while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
Skills Required:
- Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience using Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
- Ability to frequently enter and exit the cleanroom while following PPE requirements.
- Semiconductor manufacturing experience is preferred.
Education / Training / Certifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
Available Shift Schedules:
- A Shift (Days): Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM)
- C Shift (Days): Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM
