Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and responsible Non-Commercial Driver’s License Driver to join our dynamic transportation team. In this role, you will operate 26" BOX TRUCK and delivery vans, to ensure safe and timely transportation of food products. Responsibilities
- Safely operate 26" box truck and other authorized vehicles to transport fresh poultry products.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies during daily operations.
- Assist with heavy lifting when loading or unloading cargo or luggage to support smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members to coordinate schedules and address any issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage logs, and vehicle inspections for compliance purposes.
Requirements
- Valid non-commercial driver’s license (e.g., chauffeur’s or <PERSON> driver license) with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in box truck driving, delivery driving, bus driving, or similar roles services.
- Strong driving skills with the ability to handle heavy lifting and perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks.
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members.
- Ability to operate different types of vehicles including commercial vans safely and responsibly.
- Knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and proper vehicle handling techniques.
- Physical stamina for long periods of driving and the ability to assist with loading/unloading cargo as needed.
