We have a new opening for an experienced Estimator with 3+ years of experience, offering a salary of up to $100,000.
This is a full-time, in-person position with the NYC School Construction Authority, focused on school construction projects. The office is located in Long Island City.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates for projects going out to bid
- Review and prepare change order estimates
- Support project budgeting and cost analysis throughout the project lifecycle
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of estimating experience
- Experience with estimating software such as E-Gordian is a plus (not required)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
