Located just off Main Street inside Greenwich Village Plaza, the space offers the opportunity to operate in one of Rhode Island’s most desirable business communities. East Greenwich is known for its active Main Street, restaurants, boutiques and established local businesses, making it an ideal location for appointment-based clientele.
The Posh Parlor is an upper-level (floor 2) corner unit with ample natural light, on-site parking and elevator access.
The Posh Parlor is a shared boutique beauty space consisting of three private suites. The owner is the anchor business with an established eyebrow company that occupies one room. Leaving the two remaining suites available!
The goal is to bring together complementary, independently owned beauty businesses to create a comfortable, professional and elevated experience for clients. We are specifically looking for experienced professionals with an established clientele who operate in a clean, quiet and appointment-based manner.
Available Rooms
Room 1 — Private Front Suite
$900/month on a one-year lease.
This is the smaller of the two available rooms and is ideal for an individual professional who primarily works one-on-one with clients and does not require significant additional space.
Room 2 — Large Private Suite + Private Balcony
$1,600/month for a single renter.
+$400/month for additional renters in the space.
This significantly larger suite may accommodate two to three professionals depending on the services being provided. It is a good fit for an established business with multiple professionals, a growing business, or an individual who requires additional space.
The room also includes its own private balcony, as shown in the listing photos.
Flexible pricing may be considered for a longer-term lease commitment.

The shared common area may also be available on approved dates for beauty-related classes, education, demonstrations or small events, providing additional opportunities for professionals who offer education or group experiences. This can also serve as an additional income opportunity, including the option to work alongside other business owners within the building to create a collaborative hosting experience. (Participation is completely optional.)
About the Space
Both rooms can be furnished and personalized to fit your individual business. Painting and décor are permitted subject to the lease and approval of permanent alterations.
Neither room currently has a private closet or built-in storage. Tenants should plan to provide their own cabinets, shelving or furniture based on their storage needs. Limited additional shared storage is available in the restroom.
There is no on-site laundry. The private rooms also do not currently have individual sinks or water connections. Traditional hair services are therefore not currently move in ready. However, the installation of a sink in the larger room may be considered for the right business, subject to approval and any necessary building or permitting requirements.

- Be respectful of neighboring businesses and shared common areas
An application, credit screening and background screening may be required with appropriate authorization.
