Assistant Store Manager
Dickey Bub Farm & Home — locally owned & operated
Dickey Bub Farm & Home is a locally owned and operated farm and home retail chain — and we're growing. We're looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at our Eureka location and help lead daily operations alongside our store management team.
What you'll do
- Oversee day-to-day sales floor and stock management operations
- Drive sales performance through creative and dynamic merchandising
- Coach, counsel, and assist in the training of store staff
- Deliver superior customer service and model that standard for the team
- Maintain store facilities and ensure a clean, organized environment
- Support store management on operational duties as needed
What we're looking for
- Previous retail management experience required
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience
- Mature, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Basic computer literacy
