As the Summer Farm Camp Director, you will play a vital role in developing and executing engaging camp activities that incorporate our farm's unique offerings, including goat yoga sessions. You will lead a team of enthusiastic counselors and ensure a safe, fun, and educational environment for all campers. This is an incredible opportunity to make a lasting impact in the community while enjoying the beautiful surroundings of Pactamere Farm. The hourly salary ranges from $20 to $25, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Develop and oversee the summer camp curriculum and activities
- Manage daily camp operations and staff scheduling
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers
- Lead engaging farm-related educational programs
- Coordinate goat yoga sessions and other unique farm experiences
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians
- Monitor and evaluate camper progress and satisfaction
- Foster a positive and inclusive camp culture
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Passion for working with children and animals
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Experience in event planning or camp management is a plus
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred
- Flexible availability during the summer months
