Requirements
- Active Georgia Property & Casualty or Personal Lines License required
- Minimum 20 issued policy items monthly
- Proven Home & Auto production history
- Strong closing ability and competitive mindset
- Comfortable with outbound calling and high quote volume
- Cross-sell and bundle policies to maximize premium
- Convert live transfers into issued business
- Work data leads and follow up strategically
- Generate referrals and self-sourced business
- Maintain underwriting compliance and retention standards
