About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Appointment Setter to join our growing in-office team.
In this role, you will follow up with customers of The Home Depot who have requested information or services.
These are warm outbound calls, placed through an auto-dialer system.
This is a structured, performance-driven phone environment best suited for individuals who are comfortable with high call volume and clear daily goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Make approximately 400 outbound calls per day using an auto-dialer
- Set qualified appointments
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance standards
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
- Follow scripts and compliance guidelines
This role requires focus, energy, and the ability to stay productive throughout your shift.
Schedule
- 40 hours per week
- In-office only (Newport News location)

This is not a remote or hybrid opportunity.
Compensation
- Hourly base pay

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in:
- Appointment setting
- Outbound call center
- Phone marketing
- Collections
- Comfortable working in a high-volume auto-dialer environment
- Strong phone presence and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Long-term mindset
