Welder Job Description:
PrideStaff is working with a large fabrication company who is seeking a Welder to join their team. The Welder will work to weld Aluminum and stainless steel, performing quality checks and assemble fabrication products. The ideal Welder has multiple years of Welding experience, focused on Mig and Tig welding, has experience reading blueprints, and assembling products while demonstrating superb time management and attention to detail. The Welder is a full-time, temporary to hire position in Rogers, MN.
Welder Job Responsibilities:
- Utilize TIG & MIG Welders to Weld Aluminum & Stainless Steel
- Perform Quality Checks During & Post Completion of Welds
- Assemble Parts to Complete Assignments
- Follow All Safety & PPE Requirements
Welder Job Requirements & Working Conditions:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
- 2+ Years of MIG & TIG Welding Aluminum or Stainless Steel Required
- Must be Able to Use Calipers, Squares, Protractors, & Other Commonly Used Measuring Tools
- Must be Fluent in Blueprint Reading & Interpretation
- Must be Able to Lift up to 50lbs
- Demonstrates Excellent Time Management & Attention to Detail
