We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Phoenix, AZ:
Manage all activities relating to fabricators scope of work
- Working with fabricators clients, design teams and vendors
- Working with assigned project detailers using PM software and construction documents
- Managing project schedules, submittals and project fabrication drawings
- Creating and organizing RFI’s, RFQ’s, ROC’s, COR’s using PM software
- Managing schedules of values and holding budgets
- Managing erecting crews with project schedules
- Managing project document revisions and design changes
- Managing project shipping schedules and procurement of loads
- Overall PM variable duties and activities
- Demonstrated knowledge of steel fabrication and erection
- Ability to read both shop and contract drawings
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a given time
- Ability to learn management software programs
