Key Responsabilities:
- Meet monthly sales targets.
- Proactively contact qualified prospects (warm leads) to advance them through the sales pipeline.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Track and report sales performance, pipeline activity, and customer feedback to management.
- Record all interactions and transactions in the software system.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through phone, email, and virtual communication.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet those needs.
- Identify up-sale and cross-selling opportunities to increase order value and customer satisfaction. (e.g., pairing shingles with starters, underlayment, etc.).
- Collaborate with the outside sales team to support customer accounts and ensure a consistent experience.
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers in a timely manner.
- Is your responsibility to stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and competitor offerings to better serve customers.
- Respond to quotes, requests, and inquiries from contractors and recurring clients in a timely manner .
- Conduct commercial follow-ups with clients who have not purchased recently.
- Follow up on complaints related to order errors, materials, or deliveries.
- Guide clients through return processes or post-sale adjustments, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience.
Specific qualifications include:
- 1+years experience in sales.
- Bilingual. Strong written and verbal communication skills (English - Spanish).
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft knowledge a must).
- Positive attitude and team player.
- Detail and sales-oriented.

- 8 hour shift per day
- Saturdays, every other week.
- Hour of Operations: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 6:00 pm / Saturdays: 7:00 am - 1:00 pm
Supplemental Pay:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 per hour
