Texas ACE – L & S Mechanical is expanding in the Houston market and looking for a Senior HVAC Service Technician & Comfort Advisor to lead from the field. This is a hybrid role for a seasoned HVAC professional who combines strong diagnostic skills with the ability to present solutions, close jobs, and help develop the team around them.

What You'll Do
• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems with technical precision
• Present replacement and upgrade options to homeowners in a consultative manner
• Drive revenue by identifying opportunities and closing jobs
• Mentor junior technicians and support team development
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and job site
• Represent Texas ACE with professionalism on every call
• Complete all documentation accurately
What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of HVAC service experience (residential required)
• EPA 608 certification required
• Strong diagnostic, repair, and customer communication skills
• Comfort presenting solutions and closing service and replacement sales
• Leadership ability and willingness to mentor others
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
