Dennett Rehab Center, a beautiful 99-bed skilled nursing facility in Oakland, Maryland, is seeking a compassionate and caring CNA 1 to join our team! As a CNA 1 at Dennett Rehab Center, you'll be part of a dedicated team that provides top-notch care and compassion to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding)
- Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and other health indicators
- Report changes in residents' conditions promptly to nursing staff
- Support residents' emotional and social well-being with kindness and respect
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver individualized care
- Support the facility's philosophy of care and strive to achieve its goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Certified CNA 1 in Maryland
- A genuine passion for caring for the elderly and vulnerable populations
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
