Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Field Superintendent with a strong residential background and deep expertise in patios, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, concrete work, and outdoor structures. This role is responsible for overseeing field operations, managing crews and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day field operations for residential outdoor construction projects
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors (patio, concrete, framing, electrical, etc.)
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
- Read and interpret construction plans, layouts, and specifications
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and code compliance
- Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized job site
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients
- Troubleshoot field issues and provide practical solutions
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Field Supervisor in residential construction
- Proven expertise in patios, outdoor structures, pergolas, and concrete work
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and sequencing
- Ability to manage multiple crews and subcontractors simultaneously
- Experience reading blueprints and construction drawings
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with residential custom outdoor living projects
- Knowledge of local Dallas building codes and permitting
- Background in landscaping, masonry, or pool construction is a bonus

Pay: $80,514.66 - $90,082.16 per year
