Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Coordination & Intake
- Operational Alignment: Partner closely with local Regional General Managers (RGMs) to regularly audit, validate, and anticipate local headcount and hiring needs.
- Pipeline Coordination: Act as the primary funnel for local talent acquisition; consolidate all site-specific hiring requests and clearly communicate them to the regional HR team for execution.
2. On-Site HR Support & Employee Relations
- First-Line Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for local employees regarding general HR inquiries, company policies, and workplace guidelines.
- Culture & Engagement: Support the implementation of company-wide HR initiatives, employee recognition programs, and local team-building events to drive retention.
3. Office & Facility Administration
- Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of the local facility, including managing mail, office organization, and welcoming site visitors.
- Procurement & Inventory: Manage the inventory and procurement of office supplies, breakroom provisions, and essential workplace equipment while tracking related expenses.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with local vendors, property management, and maintenance personnel to ensure the office and facilities remain safe, clean, and fully operational.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an HR, recruiting coordination, or office administration role. Experience working within a logistics, warehousing, or multi-site supply chain environment is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to comfortably collaborate with both on-site operational leaders and corporate executives.
- Problem-Solving: Highly organized with a proven ability to prioritize tasks, handle sensitive/confidential data with discretion, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with HRIS platforms, modern applicant tracking systems (ATS), and standard office productivity tools (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace).
