- Maintain accurate case files and documentation in compliance with legal standards.
- Stay updated on changes in workers' compensation laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with medical professionals to gather evidence supporting claims.
- Provide exceptional client service through regular communication and updates.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Nebraska license required.
- Iowa license preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in workers' compensation law.
