Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and disinfecting to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
- Conduct janitorial and custodial tasks across various areas such as hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and common spaces.
- Manage floor care activities including buffing, polishing, and maintaining flooring surfaces to ensure safety and appearance.
- Assist with residential painting projects or touch-ups as needed to support property upkeep.
- Perform basic facilities maintenance such as replacing light bulbs, fixing minor repairs, and supporting overall building upkeep.
- Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules, supplies inventory, and maintenance activities to ensure operational efficiency.
Experience
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience is highly preferred; familiarity with residential cleaning techniques is a plus.
- Experience with floor care procedures like buffing or polishing enhances your ability to excel in this role.
- Knowledge of cleaning practices or maintenance is advantageous.
- Prior experience in residential painting or general custodial work demonstrates versatility and attention to detail.
