Ginger Bay Salon & Spa, St. Louis’ premiere salon and spa, is seeking full-time or part-time Licensed Massage Therapists to join our award winning Spa Teams. Ginger Bay is a small, independently-owned company with two locations. Our team of Licensed Massage Therapists provides our guests with an extraordinary spa experience while focusing on creating a customized service to meet each guest's unique needs.
We are seeking talented individuals who are self-motivated and have a passion for wellness and creating a great guest experience. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, outgoing, flexible, a strong team player and committed to life-long learning. Candidates must be hold a Missouri State license and personal liability insurance. Availability to work a flexible schedule consisting of day, evening and weekend hours is required.

Starting Salary: Commission upon completion of paid training program
Responsibilities include:
- Provide outstanding massage services to all guests.
- Perform thorough consultations and maintain specific and confidential records for all guests.
- Educate guests regarding salon services, retail products and promotions.
- Assist in the daily maintenance of salon’s appearance, cleanliness, organization and inventory.
- Complete department duties as needed.
Requirements include:
- Licensed as a Massage Therapist in the state of Missouri.
- Professional malpractice insurance in amounts acceptable to Ginger Bay.
- Professional image.
- Excellent customer services skills.
- Philanthropically supportive and environmentally conscious.
- Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance.
- Ability to occasionally lift 25 pounds to chest height.
- Ability to frequently reach the floor.
- Ability to frequently reach above shoulder height.
- Prolonged standing, walking and sitting up to 8 hours at a time.
- Ability to use hands for fine manipulation (for carrying out massage services) for prolonged periods during a regular shift of up to 8 hours.
