Salary: up to $95,000 + overtime, bonuses & premiums

What You’ll Do
- Design, maintain, and optimise HVAC systems across production and cold storage environments
- Ensure precise control of temperature, humidity, airflow, and air pressure
- Support critical areas including freezing, hardening tunnels, packaging, and warehouses
- Lead HVAC projects, upgrades, and capital improvements
- Troubleshoot system issues to minimise downtime and protect product quality
- Partner with Maintenance, QA, and Production teams
- Manage contractors and external service providers
- Drive energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives
- Build preventative maintenance and reliability programs
What You’ll Bring
- Experience with industrial HVAC systems in manufacturing or food production
- Strong knowledge of ammonia-glycol and/or Freon-based cooling systems
- Ability to troubleshoot complex systems in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with compliance standards (GMP, SQF/BRC, FDA/USDA preferred)
- Project management and contractor coordination skills
