Position Overview:
As an Assistant Manager, you will support the daily operations of the café, ensuring exceptional customer service, food safety, cleanliness, and profitability. You will lead by example, motivate your team, and ensure that every customer has a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with inventory counts and enter truck orders.
- Learn and assist with scheduling for General Manager review.
- Actively seek out new skills and fill in wherever needed.
- Be on track for a management career path.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 year in restaurant or QSR management as an Assistant Manager.
- Open availability, including nights and weekends.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- ServSafe certification preferred.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Vehicle Requirement: Assistant Managers and General Managers must have daily access to a reliable personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance. The ability to travel between café locations, attend meetings, pick up supplies, and respond to operational needs is an essential function of this role. A travel stipend is provided for roles requiring vehicle use for company bank deposits.
