Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Gymnastics Coach to inspire young athletes and guide them through their gymnastics journey. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead classes, develop skills, and foster a positive, safe environment where children can thrive physically and socially. Responsibilities
- Lead engaging gymnastics classes tailored to various age groups and skill levels
- Foster a fun, inclusive atmosphere that encourages teamwork and confidence
- Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their skills and behavior management
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about student progress and achievements
Qualifications
- Experience working with children in a sports or educational setting
- Knowledge of gymnastics techniques and safety standards
- Gymnastics, cheer, or martial arts background is a plus
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students and parents
- Prior coaching experience in sports such as soccer, cheerleading, climbing, judo, or karate is advantageous
- Ability to motivate students while maintaining a safe environment
- Enthusiastic team leader with excellent behavior management skills
Compensation: $ 16.00- $ 23.00, based on experience
