Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time contract role offers 37.5 hours per week supporting elementary students with mild to moderate speech needs. Make a positive impact each day by providing assessment, intervention, and case management for a caseload of speech-only students.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current California SLP license or eligibility
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
- Familiarity with the SIRAS IEP system is a plus
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify students with speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Case manage speech-only students, tracking progress and maintaining compliance with IEP requirements
- Document all services and maintain detailed records in the SIRAS IEP system
- Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and parent conferences
- Offer collaborative support and mentorship for CFY-level colleagues
- Communicate effectively with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student progress
