Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Location: Corona, CA
We are seeking an experienced Assembler with microscope assembly experience to join a growing manufacturing team in Corona. The ideal candidate has excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and experience assembling small, precision components in a production environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform precision assembly of small components using a microscope.
- Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and assembly procedures.
- Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Handle delicate components with care and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Meet daily production and quality goals while following all safety procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous microscope assembly experience is required.
- Experience working with small, delicate parts in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to read and follow written work instructions.
- Ability to sit for extended periods while performing detailed work.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities
- Assemble small, detailed components using hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment, ensuring adherence to precise specifications.
- Utilize microscopes to inspect and assemble delicate electro-mechanical parts, verifying component placement and solder joints.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams to accurately assemble electrical panels and systems.
- Perform surface mount technology (SMT) assembly on printed circuit boards (PCBs), ensuring compliance with IPC 610 standards.
- Conduct soldering tasks for various electronic components, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Troubleshoot assembly issues by referencing schematics and schematics, applying engineering troubleshooting techniques as needed.
- Use measurement tools such as calipers, ohmmeters, and other testing devices to verify component specifications and circuit integrity.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
