· Follow up proactively and consistently with clients and third parties (CPAs, advisors, legal teams, etc.) to collect outstanding items and keep every project on schedule
· Assist with a variety of tasks spanning financial, estate, insurance, and tax planning, working closely with the Case Manager to identify priorities — as your depth of client knowledge grows, so does your ability to take these tasks on with less oversight
· Collect and process client intake and renewal documents
· Scan, save, and organize all client documents (E-files)
· Work directly with clients to gather necessary financial documents
· Create client entity matrices and flow charts
· Draft preliminary client retainers and assist with tax projections

· Strong written and verbal communication skills (email, phone, and in-person)
· Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail — a must for this role
· Punctual and reliable, with consistent, on-time attendance
· Proven ability to track and manage multiple workflows simultaneously without letting details slip
· Strong follow-up skills; comfortable proactively chasing down information from clients, case manager(s), in-house accounting team as well as third parties
