Job Summary
*This is a COMMISSION ONLY pay(1099).
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable financial representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing financial education and services to your own clients. Helping them achieve their financial goals through effective wealth management, tax planning, and insurance products. We will provide proper training to help you generate your own book of business. You will leverage your understanding of financial concepts to guide clients in making informed decisions regarding their retirement, insurance needs and overall financial health.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and objectives.
- Provide comprehensive financial planning services, including wealth management strategies tailored to individual client goals.
- Assist clients with asset management, ensuring their portfolios align with their risk tolerance and investment preferences.
- Conduct regular reviews of client accounts to assess performance and make necessary adjustments to strategies.
- Educate clients on various insurance and retirement products and services available to them.
- Collaborate with other financial professionals to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the financial services industry, preferably in roles related to insurance, asset management or wealth management.
- Excellent mathematical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively.
- A relevant degree in finance, economics, or a related field is preferred.
