As Shift Supervisor, you’ll have a hand in running daily operations, be one of the people in charge when it counts and play a real role in shaping the culture of our Stores. WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead and own your shift end-to-end
- Act as Manager on duty when Leadership is off-site
- Mentor Baristas and Team Leaders daily
- Manage cash, inventory, and store cleanliness
- Handle guest concerns with confidence
- Support hiring, onboarding, and Team training
