Compensation
This is a performance-based independent contractor position. You are paid based on the work you complete, not by the hour. Your earnings increase as you complete more jobs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Training
All selected applicants are required to complete our onboarding and training program before receiving assignments. Training ensures every team member follows the same cleaning process and delivers consistent results for our clients.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation.
- Smartphone with internet access.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods.
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required if you're willing to learn.
