What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Meeting homeowners face-to-face in residential neighborhoods to introduce GreenTek's services
- Identifying properties that may have storm or wear-related damage through visual walkarounds
- Generating your own leads through consistent daily prospecting activity
- Setting appointments for roof inspections and representing GreenTek professionally during homeowner interactions
- Participating in daily team huddles, training sessions, and ride-alongs with senior reps
- Building relationships in the community that generate referrals over time
How You Get Paid:
- $560/week training pay guaranteed for your first 8 weeks
- 8–10% commission on every approved contract
- $500 bonus for each self-generated Work Authorization agreement you close
- Weekly contests with cash bonuses, gift cards, and gas cards on the line
