This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care to high-risk newborns, including premature infants and those with critical illnesses, congenital conditions, or infections
- Collaborate with the medical director and supervising physician to deliver exceptional care to patients and their families
- Exercise autonomy of practice in ordering, performing, and interpreting diagnostic tests to drive the patient treatment plans
- Educate and update parents on the infant's condition and care plan
Qualifications:
- Current, active, unencumbered Oregon Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- PA's (Physician Assistant) must have recently completed a 12-month Neonatal PA fellowship or residency program
- Strong, recent experience in neonatology
- Relevant Master’s degree
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Compensation and Schedule:
- Compensation will be based on years of experience
