About the Role
As an Electrical Sales Support Specialist, you will serve as the primary technical liaison between our clients, vendors, and internal engineering teams. You will drive project success by managing complex quotations and providing expert guidance on electrical power distribution equipment, ensuring our partners receive seamless service throughout the entire sales lifecycle.
Responsibilities-
Manage the end-to-end quotation process, ensuring competitive and accurate pricing for complex electrical projects.

Interpret technical specifications, one-line diagrams, and blueprints to provide precise product solutions.

Act as a central point of contact for manufacturers and field sales teams to streamline communication and resolve project bottlenecks.

Maintain high data integrity within the CRM by logging all customer interactions, project milestones, and territory activity.

Coordinate order fulfillment and delivery schedules to guarantee client satisfaction and project timelines.

Proactively identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to expand our market footprint.

Generate detailed sales reports and business documentation to support leadership in strategic decision-making.
Qualifications-
2+ years of experience in inside sales, technical support, or industrial customer service.

Proven ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, switchgear specifications, and one-line diagrams.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Demonstrated experience managing multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professional relationship building.

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Direct experience with electrical power distribution products such as transformers, panelboards, or motor control centers.

Hands-on experience utilizing CRM or ERP software for sales management.

Background in electrical construction, automation, or industrial manufacturing sectors.
