Pay by Division
- Dry Van (Solo): $0.75–$0.80 per mile
- Flatbed (Solo): $0.80–$0.85 per mile
- Reefer (Solo): $0.75 per mile
- All miles paid
- No hold week — pay starts the following week
- Direct deposit (ACH); no tax withholding — drivers receive a 1099
Equipment
- 2025–2027 Freightliner and Volvo trucks, governed at 72 mph
- APU, inverter, microwave, refrigerator, new mattress
- 53' Utility trailers (2023–2025)
Freight & Dispatch
- Dry Van, Flatbed, and Reefer freight available across all 48 states
- No forced dispatch — state preferences accommodated where possible
- Consistent, year-round miles
Requirements
- Valid CDL A with at least 1 year of verifiable driving experience
- Able to run a minimum of 3 weeks OTR
- Minimum 3,500 miles per week
- No DUI or drug-related convictions
- No reckless or careless driving violations
- No texting or handheld phone use while driving
- No CDL suspensions or revocations
- No excessive speeding violations (15+ mph over)
Bonuses
- Clean DOT inspection: $700 (Level 1) / $400 (Level 2) / $250 (Level 3)
- Loyalty bonus: $500 at 6 months, $1,000 at 1 year
