In this role, you will oversee daily cleaning operations, supervise staff, and maintain high standards of cleanliness across residential or commercial properties. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards
- Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations
- Schedule daily assignments, monitor performance, and provide ongoing feedback to foster a productive team atmosphere
- Conduct quality inspections of cleaned areas, ensuring compliance with company standards and client requirements
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and timely replenishment
- Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly, maintaining excellent client relationships
- Implement safety procedures and promote a culture of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism among staff
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning services, janitorial work, or hospitality environments with a focus on supervision or management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques, housekeeping management, and custodial best practices
- Experience with laundry services and maintaining cleanliness standards in hotel or hospitality settings is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills to manage schedules, supplies, and quality control processes
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members and clients
