Basic Skill Set:
Ability to get to work in your own vehicle every day. Ability to work up to 50 hours per week. Ability to handle all physical challenges job requires. Ability to lift 100 lbs. Proficient with all small tools, power tools, and hand tools. Proficient with following all directions with no corners cut. Full Safety compliance & Zero accidents. Ability to use new knowledge to think ahead to assist the rest of the crew as efficiently as possible. Ability to read a tape measure. Valid Drivers License with ability to drive truck and small trailer.
Advanced Skill Set:
Full Compliance and knowledge of job flow and process from start to finish. Ability to teach and pass down your knowledge to the person in the position below you. Complete knowledge of overall job flow and process for all coatings we offer. Complete proficiency of all the tools associated with application of coatings. Ability to look ahead for supplies needed. Ability to hold meaningful conversation with customers to handle any questions, comments, concerns. Display of full proficiency of all aspects of Concrete Coatings with clear ability to delegate tasks to get the job completed on time in a professional manner.

· A pay rate of $40,000/year.
· Getting paid for your drive to the project and your lunch break
· 40 hours of vacation after one year service (Regular Pay)
