Job Summary:
We are seeking for dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team at Elon Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Tampa, FL. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Conduct routine assessments and evaluations to identify changes in patient condition
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of Florida
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and promoting a culture of respect and dignity
