Full Job Description
We hear at the Element by Westin Scottsdale SkySong are looking for fulltime and part time Breakfast Attendants that will provide our guests with a warm welcome and bright smiles. Our complimentary breakfast is an important amenity for guests, so the breakfast attendant needs to be someone that can maintain cleanliness throughout dining room and kitchen, as well as multi-task to ensure food is available and guests are taken care of.
Breakfast Attendant Responsibilities:
- Assembling the breakfast buffet before mealtime and disassembling it thereafter.
- Ensuring that the breakfast buffet remains well-stocked at all times.
- Culinary skills
- Receiving beverage orders and fulfilling those in the kitchen, as needed.
- Providing customers with condiments upon request.
- Clearing cutlery and crockery from customers' tables.
- Resolving customers' queries and complaints.
- Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping the floors after each meal service.
- Cleaning and sanitizing tables and countertops after each meal service.
