Job Type: Full-time, hourly & salary options
Hourly Pay: $45-$65/billable hour, $28/admin hour
Expected hours: 35-40 hours per week

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification and in good standing with the BACB
Experience providing 1:1 ABA Therapy to children with Autism and/or other disabilities
Experience in training and supervising RBTs in a clinic setting (1 year preferred)
Strong data collection and analysis skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job Responsibilities:
Conduct initial and reauthorization assessments
Develop individualized treatment plans
Maintain regular communication with client caregivers
Conduct regular protocol modification sessions on skill acquisition and behavior intervention programs
Regularly supervise RBTs across clients to ensure quality of care
Collaborate with client families and other therapy providers to ensure consistency across environments
Maintain current knowledge of evidence-based practices within the scope of ABA
Maintain current knowledge of and uphold ethical standards of The Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
Document ongoing client progress and maintain accurate session notes
Provide direct ABA Therapy to children with Autism and other disabilities in the clinic, home, and community settings as needed
