What You'll Do
As a Line Cook at Drift on Pine, you will be responsible for executing dishes with consistency, speed, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and executing menu items according to Drift recipes and standards
- Maintaining clean and organized stations at all times
- Working collaboratively with fellow cooks to ensure smooth service
- Following proper food safety and sanitation standards
- Communicating clearly with the kitchen team during service
- Taking pride in every plate that leaves the kitchen

What We're Looking For

Preferred qualifications:
- 1+ years of line cook or professional kitchen experience
- Strong knife skills and basic culinary knowledge
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Pride in organization, cleanliness, and preparation

Compensation

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
