Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Maintenance Technician to join our restoration team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our residential, multifamily, and commercial properties. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, functional, and welcoming environment by performing a wide range of maintenance tasks. Responsibilities
- Assist with facilities maintenance projects such as painting, carpentry, drywall repair, and basic landscaping to uphold property standards.
- Supervise or assist with subcontractors or junior team members during larger repair or renovation projects.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customers’ requests promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or handyman roles within residential, multifamily, and commercial environments.
- Knowledge of drywall, painting techniques and general carpentry skills.
- Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings or project management.
- Excellent communication skills in English to clearly document work processes and collaborate with team members.
Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
