As a Rover, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring our guests enjoy a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable experience from start to finish.
We’re currently seeking:
- Part-Time Evening positions, some on weekdays, some on weekends (3:30 - 11:30pm)
- Sunday morning shifts (7:30am - 3:30pm)
- Flexible team members who are open to picking up additional shifts, as needed
What You’ll Do
- Help create a calm, safe, and welcoming atmosphere for guests throughout the facility.
- Monitor and patrol the property to ensure safety standards are met and policies are being followed.
- Communicate proactively with the Rover Supervisor about guest needs or facility concerns.
- Provide friendly, approachable customer service — offering a helping hand and a warm smile when guests need assistance.
- Restock towels and guest amenities to keep the space comfortable and inviting.
- Support your teammates to ensure smooth, enjoyable operations for guests and staff alike.
What We’re Looking For
- A dependable, caring individual who takes pride in creating a positive environment for others.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a natural awareness of guest safety and comfort.
- A collaborative spirit and a willingness to step in where needed.
- Previous experience in hospitality, safety, or customer service is a plus — but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for an 8-hour shift.
